I finished a skirt
Nov. 17th, 2007 08:45 pmI finished a new skirt today, from charcoal thin wool that I got from
herzeloyde. I thought it looked very secretary-y so I decided to take some photos where I wear it with my recently acquired puffed-sleeved blouse with a bow at the neck.
So, what do you say; can I wear this in public or do I look like someone from the cast of a german adult-oriented movie?

And talking about Germany, how does one spend 3 hours in Berlin on a Wednesday afternoon and what clothing does one bring on a trip that involves both a meeting at the swedish embassy and beer-drinking with archaeologists?

Date: 2007-11-18 08:58 pm (UTC)When I get back to Berlin to visit with my family my goal is to find the Lipperheide costume library and take a look at some their manuscripts and early trachtenbücher. It's attached to the museum somehow.
