Ruby slippers
Jan. 7th, 2008 12:41 pmMaja's new favourite movie is The wizard of Oz. So now we both want to be Glinda and have the ruby slippers :)

I have been doing some looking around, Custom Sparkles make good replicas, but probably waay out of my price range. Maybe I will have to settle for these:

Or maybe just accept that I can't have a pair of ruby slippers.

Date: 2008-01-08 09:58 am (UTC)(I just remember I have some Indian slippers which are red with lots of sparkly on them (like this type: http://www.sandalstore.co.uk/style-indian-slippers-c-1_32.html), and immigrant shops often have sparkly shoes, but I don't know if there are many immigrant shops where you live? (I have never found any). Also, dance footwear could be something to look at, I think.)

If you google Kurt Geiger Diamond you'll see the shoes I wanted but I can't find a place that sells them now. Oh well!
