Thanks. It's not much of a style really: I had it all cut ca 1/2" long (short) in August the year before and then I just let it grow. To make it look like that I just dried it with a towel and messed around a little with it, no hair products.
I wish I had it in blue too, it would have suited me so well. And since that dress is a medium and I have worn it since 1992 I wish I had a blue one in Large, right now :)
