haugtussa's concert

haugtussa's concert was wonderful, and worth 24 hour round trip to Norway (8 hours on buses, 11 hours in cars, 5 hours actually in Kristiansand where her school is). Everything she sang was beautiful, but the Canary cantata was wonderful. Not only did she sing beautifully, but she acted and interpreted the song so well and her costume was lovely, absolutely amazing. I wish I had it all on video so that you could see, but you'll have to be content with photos:





The necklace was a gift from herzeloyde and bf and it fit the colours of the evening gown so well that I just had to give it to her before the concert. She loved it and I think she's wearing it today too, when she's doing her audition for the Conservatory in Leipzig. Well chosen Anna!

She looked absolutely lovely - I think she should always wear early 18th century dress ;)

Apart from a stopover in oslo to sleep I did do the same for her viva (disputas) and I am very happy that I did that, I very flatterd that she did it for me though, especially when I know how much pain it caused her!

And thank you, I felt like a queen in it, but I haven't had time to just wear it and enjoy it yet, must find another ocation!

Both dresses is fantastic and look really good on her. I'm especially fond of the fluffy collar/shawl on the first one. I'm very happy that it went well and that she liked the necklace.

Not only liked, i LOVED the necklace! So gorgeous! Thank you a million times for that, I will probably use it for practically every concert and audition in the future (and party). :D
