Stash challenge

I have been tempted by the A&S 50 challenge; both varieties actually, but haven't gotten around to joining, or, more correctly making up my mind to join. One reason, I think, is that it didn't feel enough like a challenge: it is highly unlikely that I won't make fifty documentable medieval or renaissance items before 2015 - I will probably have worn out quite a lot of them before 2015 too. But this refinement to the original challenge really got me interested. So I joined stash_challenge and will document my progress here and on my web site (eventually, I won't have time for the web site until the weekend). The first project is my new late 15th/early 16th century kirtle, made entirely from stash.

This is a really interesting challenge, like you Eva, it's very unlikely that I don't finish 50 documentet items by 2015.

I'll definately be thinking about joining - thanks for mentioning it!
