Worried about my body

My left elbow and wrist hurt more than they have done for at least a year and I can't help connecting that with the fact that I have now started working again; maybe I wasn't better than before, maybe it just was that I didn't use my arms and hands much.
Only time can tell.

Nope, just "ordinary" arthritic pains in the joints.

What teddy said . Also maybe it's that it's still wintry, and an increased workload can mean ordinary muscle irritation.
