A morning

It's raining outside. I've just walked Maja to pre-school and now I'm going to sit down with herbal tea (peppermint) and tests to grade. I may have to sleep a little too though, since I woke at 4 am and couldn't fall asleep again. I'm feeling more than a little blue, but discovering that I don't have to be anywhere before 1 pm cheered me up a little. Otherwise the problem is my lack of health and the fact that I've been away from home both wednesday and thursday night and hardly seen Rickard - I sometimes forget how essential his presence is to my mental well-being.

My tears are usually for similar reasons - lack of health and loneliness.
