Tired

I'm really, really tired these days. The drugs I take to ease the pain enough to sleep keeps me awake, or at least give me very uneasy sleep, and it's dark the whole day. Today I finally got to work and tried to get some stuff done. Well, I sort of managed to, but not what I had intended to do. One reason for this was, however, very nice: There was a conference which most of my female colleagues and some other female historians that I know attended, so I had some much needed social interaction.
Then amonik came to see me. I hope I wasn't a total disappointment, but as I said I was really tired. We talked some and watched Down the Argentine way with Betty Grable and then I went to bed and slept.
Tomorrow I will make a new attempt at working ;)
