Falling over

The meeting was really good although nobody cut any fabric. I also got to try on the corset with an expert at hand, Julia who studies theatre costuming. It looks very right but it hurts my back to bend it like that. I've also noticed that while Katherine's version of the same corset makes it look likes she's leaning against a very strong wind my version makes it look like gravity's finally won and my bust makes me tip over.

Om man tittar på kändisbilder från perioden så ser de också ut som om de ska ramla framåt - förstärkt av allt pynt på blusen/klänningslivet - så du ser säkert extremt purjo ut.

Perhaps it is not that her corset fits better, but that you have actual adult sized mommy breasts. That poor child doesn't look like she's got too much to put inside that corset. I don't suppose you'd mind posting a picture? It sounds like your corset does exactly what it is supposed to... I remember something about that type of corseting causing major back issues.

I think my coraset fits just as it should, I just think it's a very silly look. I will post pictures when I've bound the upper edge and attached the lace, which should be late tonight or tomorrow.
