I'm tired after the week in Stockholm and today's three hour lecture, stressed about demands from work and one of my teenagers hates me.

Give it time, the other one will hate you soon as well. It's the nature of teen-agers to hate their parents some of the time, usually when the parent says no to something or just on generational principle.
