Drugs and sewing machines

I am totally knocked out by tramadol. I took two just to sleep tonight and I haven't been able to do anything today. it is now 13 hours since I took them and I'm still high and sort of numb in my body. I am trying to get the energy to walk to the shop with my sewing machine, since it broke on Sunday, but I have trouble sitting up for longer periods.
