Sewing update

The pocket didn't get inserted until last night. The skirt was finished while watching the women's short programme in figure skating in the middle of the night (1.30 to 5.30 am). Unfortunately there were several problems that I noticed when I tried it on: it was too long in front and the back zipper was uneven and wobbly. The first problem is easier to solve than the other, but I have faith that I will fix the other one too. I just have to find the energy to unpick the waistband.
Not now, however, since it is only two weeks left to the Winter games and I have a gown to make.
