Stupid hands

I'm trying to get the eyelets sewn on my new 16th century gown, but my hands so much it really is a pain - literally. I hate that. It means that things that normally should go very quickly goes slowly and I put off doing them. And the event is next weekend.

I have to sew the snaps on the 1938 gown and my slipped disk is preventing me from doing it and I have 2 weeks to finsh

Ooooh, been there! I've been handstitching so much in the past month that the tips of the second and third finger on my right hand are completely covered in sores. And I'm not finished yet... 3 days to go!

Well, I'm driving so I can't sew on the way up. ;) I mean to start on a burgundian gown today since it's still 24 hours to go before I need to start packing - that's doable, right? Right...?
