frualeydisToday I put the two kirtles, ie the top fabric and the lining, together. Now they just need to hang for a week or so, to see how much they stretch, since pieces that are cut on the bias are attached to each other. I also sewed the extra interlinings for the bottom of the kirtle together.
I also covered my ironing board with new fabric, since the old fabric which probably was from the 50s, this is an old wooden ironing board, was very fragile and was tearing everywhere.
Now I'm very tired and I've been relaxing in front of the TV with my husband, watching the men's semifinals in the European Curling Championship.
Tomorrow we will clean the house and decorate it for christmas.
