I sat up way too late, watching the Woodstock documentary which was on TV, while Rickard was playing Warhammer fantasy battle with a guy. So we're all three very tired now but I have not only finished the linen hose for Maja I started on yesterday, but the other hose too and sleeves for Maja's renaissance dress. This means that tomorrow is photo time so I can put Maja and her renaissance wardrobe in the Costume Gallery.

I got this from [livejournal.com profile] anotherjen, but I have seen it earlier and thought about it a little. It was hard coming up with ten, so I had to stretch it a little, anyway here they are, in no particular order:

1. Benjamin "Hawkeye" Pierce in M*A*S*H. He's witty, charming, sarcastic, caring and a dedicated pacifist. I've been in love with him since I saw the show the first time.
2. Wolverine, both the comic book version who I also loved during my teens and the movie version.
3. Lazarus Long, from more than one Robert Heinlein book, but mostly Time enough for love. Everybody has sex with him so it must be good ;)
4. Faramir, but by God not the movie version. I didn't like what they did with his character, nor the way he looked.
5. Gawaine, the medieval, not the modern versions.
6. Blue from "Moonheart" and "Spiritwalk"
7. Jeremiah from the comic with the same name. And I don't know why, but it was one of my favourites as a teenager.
8. Jared the Goblin king from Labyrinth. Who wouldn't?
9. Professor Bernardo de la Paz in Heinlein's The moon is a harsh mistress. Revolutionaries, can't resist them. At least if they show some common sense, which prof' does.
10. Tanis halfelven from Dragonlance. You can throw things at me now. I actually prefer Sturm Brightblade, but the concept of having sex with isn't appealing, I'm sure he's very bad in bed.

I had to stretch it as I said, some of these I haven't thought of in that way before. Probably only number 1, 2, 5, 7 and 8.

You know I really should be working now.

Edit: I forgot, but a post by [livejournal.com profile] guyelfkin reminded me: Rhett Butler of course.

I apparently should have thought about it longer, because new and better names keep popping up:

Or very close to it. Because I have made a page with Maja's 16th century outfit.
