Poisoned

I'm feeling really bad from my methotrexate today - dizzy and achey and cold and warm alternating. I was almost this bad last week too, but this is really too much. One reason may be that I started feeling sick quite early after taking them so I had trouble sleeping tonight. I have slept more now, but it doesn't seem to help much. My joints are not as painful and warm as they were during the night though.

My husband has gone and deleted some files that were really dear to me. I know that theoretically they aren't gone, but is there any way to retrieve them?
