The lining actually isn't finished. Since it wasn't pleated like the skirt it turned out too tight. I've cut off everything except 8 centimetres of it and will add a gathered piece tomorrow. Now Maja is being extremely difficult.
It's a thin-to-medium weight wool blend. And the lining, I actually gave up on it and decided to have it without lining. I will have to wear a slip under it so it doesn't get caught on my tights. I will check on the Heyer novels, since I only have read them in swedish I can't remember their real titles and Maja stops me from going anywhere right now. Except "The grand Sophy" which is one of my favourites.
Yes they do, I want to read them in english too, but teh old-fashioned swedish is kind of cute too and I've bought all of them at flea-markets so there wasn't much choice.
