Sorry for shouting in the subject line, but I am so nervous about this seminar that I don't know what to do. It will start in ten minutes and my stomach is full of butterflies.
I have taken a long walk, I went to the pharmacy to get something for my heartburn, then I had a nice warm ciabatta with mozzarella, tomatoes, ruccola and fresh basil in my favourite cafe and finally I bought tickets for saturday's soccer game. I was relaxed but tired when I came back, but now I'm anxious again.

Actually everything went well. As I said to my husband when I entered our flat:"You know how it is; I have the best job in the world and I like these people so much!"
Of course I got critique and some of it was based on misunderstandings, but there was a feeeling of genuine interest and that people like me.
