frualeydisSorry for shouting in the subject line, but I am so nervous about this seminar that I don't know what to do. It will start in ten minutes and my stomach is full of butterflies.
I have taken a long walk, I went to the pharmacy to get something for my heartburn, then I had a nice warm ciabatta with mozzarella, tomatoes, ruccola and fresh basil in my favourite cafe and finally I bought tickets for saturday's soccer game. I was relaxed but tired when I came back, but now I'm anxious again.
