I wish I could sleep, but it hurts too much. Not really any effective contractions, just a general feeling of having menstrual cramps. And pain in my ribcage and hands, but that's not related to the baby.
But I hate getting this little sleep, because if it starts today I will tired from the beginning.
I dreamed I had the baby tonight. It was a very easy and quick birth, the midwife didn't make it in time. Considering it took 48 hours last time, this isn't very likely. It was a girl in the dream.

Date: 2004-04-14 11:37 pm (UTC)I'm not going to use any painkillers either (except for some paracetamol against the arthritis pain) and the baby is going to be born at home so at least I don't have to worry about when to leave for the hospital, just when to call Agneta, my midwife.
I've just taken a bath and feel rather well. Most of the pain is surprisingly when I lie down, but the contractions are stronger when I walk around. Still I need to sleep. Maybe I'm relaxed enough now.
