Maria von Trapp

I discussed dressing up with my friend Sara yesterday and it made me think of way back when
katarinaw and I were going to a film-themed masquerade: she wanted to go as Mae West (but didn't because she didn't have the time to sew) and I dressed up as Julie Andrews as Maria von Trapp in Sound of Music. And that choice actually says a lot about me, and also probably explains why I for example never get offered drinks by strange men when I go out: if you're the Julie Andrews type you just can't be Mae West.

Date: 2007-11-07 11:11 pm (UTC)I would consider things like orcs and the like...:)
( And nazgman would probably suggest me going as Captain Fredrikson considering my bad eye... (snickers even more) and NO I would NOT wear a whig out of horse tail!)
